Human Machine INTERFACE
The TREAD MX CONSOLE is comprised of an instrument cluster equipped with either analog or digital light intensity adjustment. Each Cluster affords operations and inspection personnel with various production modes and recipes for individual applications
PRECISE COUNTING
Each console has a digital counter display that inspectors know the exact count down before changing and swirling on the opposite side of their hood’s black and white contrast board.
POLARIZED CURTAIN
TREAD MX utilizes a polarized light curtain for precise hand positioning and movement. This minimizes operator error and inspection faults resulting in less rework.
SIGNAL LAMPS
The complete system also affords inspectors two red and green pilot lamps or choice of RGBX single pilot lamps. Optional Audible alarm is also available to alert inspectors to change sides of the contrast board.
