REAL-TIME DEFECT CLASSIFICATION

With MVI Tracker, powered by the TULIP GXP (21 CFR COMPLIANT) engine, Production Managers and Operations personnel get actionable intelligence into incoming defects via their inspection hoods. Data gathered from MVI Tracker are valuable insights into the types of defects encountered but also can be used as a training tool for new inspectors and operators.

REAL-TIME DEFECT COUNTING

Coupled with Quantum’s Signature defect counting system, Inspectors are able to inspect defects, count each defect and trigger the MVI Tracker for classification.

COMPATABIty wiTH TREAD MX

MVI Tracker is also interoperable with the Tread MX Polarized Pacing Console equipped on the CITADEL XT+, SHADOW M1,M2, M3 and COMPACT XLR. Not only can operators pace themselves while inspecting, but now track the amount of inspections completed for complete control of the inspection process.
